Last machane as channies!

The Habo camp of 2011 has been a great success this year, with the theme of 'awareness of our world' feeding into a variety of enlightening programs. It was a very emotional moment when we realised that it was our last summer camp as chanichim (youth). However, this also made it all the more exciting in light of the fact that we are now going on shnat in a little over two weeks! It felt very strange to have such a massive change imposed on us in such a chilled environment. Nonetheless, camp has been the perfect buildup to shnat, and although the quickly approaching date scares me, it is very exciting too!

Here of some photos of our camp:

One of our programs that involved making a warrior outfit for someone out of cardboard and tinfoil.
Swimming in the river the morning after a very hilly overnight hike.

Kvutsah Nemala - our shnat group - in front of the flag on shabbat.

The girls going on Machon.

Bonim Takeover, zombie style!

Our Bonim group on Shabbat. The scenery behind us was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset.
